Apple cider vinegar stimulates better blood circulation to the hair follicles. It is naturally high in acetic acid and has a pH level which is close to that of human hair.
Mix one part of apple cider vinegar in one part of water. Take this mixture in a spray bottle and spray onto your scalp and hairs. Massage gently and leave on for 5 minutes before washing off with a mild shampoo. For better results make use of this treatment at least twice a week.
Hibiscus contains vitamin C, phosphorous, and riboflavin, the essential nutrients for smooth and strong hair. The flower also contributes to toxin elimination and promotes circulation, thereby stimulating hair growth.

HOW TO PREVENT HAIR FALL:
1. Do Not rub wet hair vigorously
Rubbing wet hair vigorously will lead to hair breakage and hair fall as the hair shaft is very weak when hair is wet.
2. Avoid brushing wet hair
Brushing wet hair will lead to hair fall as hair shaft is weak when it is wet and pulling the hair with a brush will add to your hair fall. If needed use Wide Tooth comb to detangle your hair.
3. Avoid Heat
Heat in any form is bad for hair. Hot water, hair dryers and hair styling tools dry out the hair and weakens the hair follicles. Limit their usage.
4. Don’t tie your hair tightly
Hairstyles such as wearing tight ponytails, pigtails or braids on a daily basis, using elastics and rubber bands to pull back hair tightly, can cause hair fall as it puts pressure on the roots and weakens the hair roots.
5. Do Not use too many hair products
Using too many hair products will lead to product build-up on the scalp. It will block the nutrients to go into the hair follicles and will cause hair fall.
6. Use Products specifically made for Hair fall
Using hair products which are specifically made to control hair fall will directly address the hair fall problem.
7. Do Not stress.
